How do I book a holiday cottage?You can book directly through our website, by calling us, or by emailing us. Availability for each property is updated in real time.

What are the check-in and check-out times?Check-in is from 15:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept secure online payments through Stripe and bank transfers. Details for bank transfers will be provided during the booking process.

Is Wi-Fi available in the cottages?Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both cottages.

What is the cancellation policy for a holiday?If you booked your holiday through us directly, a cancellation request must be directly initiated by the holidaymaker & should be made in writing and addressed to: Info@WarkworthHolidays.com However, If the booking has been placed via our third party partner, Sykes Holiday Cottages, a cancellation request must be directly initiated through them in the first instance. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the entire booking amount minus the £25.00 booking fee.

What amenities are included in the cottage?The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a cosy bedroom. Towels and bed linen are also provided.

Is parking available?Yes, free parking is available close to the cottage. However, a parking disc is provided for you during your stay when visiting other area within Warkworth.
