    Yes, children are welcome. A high chair is available upon request.

    The Olde Stables can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with its two bedrooms.
  • Is there secure storage for bicycles or outdoor equipment?
    Yes, the property includes a stone-locked garage suitable for storing bikes, paddleboards, and other equipment. Please make us aware in advance that you would like to utilise the garage prior to your arrival.
  • Are pets allowed in holiday lets?
    Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our cottages to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all our guests.
  • How do I book a holiday cottage?
    You can book directly through our website, by calling us, or by emailing us. Availability for each property is updated in real time.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 15:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept secure online payments through Stripe and bank transfers. Details for bank transfers will be provided during the booking process.
  • Is Wi-Fi available in the cottages?
    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in both cottages.

  • What is the cancellation policy for a holiday?
    If you booked your holiday through us directly, a cancellation request must be directly initiated by the holidaymaker & should be made in writing and addressed to: Info@WarkworthHolidays.com However, If the booking has been placed via our third party partner, Sykes Holiday Cottages, a cancellation request must be directly initiated through them in the first instance. In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the entire booking amount minus the £25.00 booking fee.
  • What amenities are included in the cottage?
    The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a cosy bedroom. Towels and bed linen are also provided.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, free parking is available close to the cottage. However, a parking disc is provided for you during your stay when visiting other area within Warkworth.
